I love making these for quick breakfast meals. It is so simple to line the muffin tin with turkey, add the egg filling and pop them in the oven. They are nutritionally healthy and everyone gets to eat at the same time, once they cool for a few minutes after being removed from the oven.
Baked Turkey, Egg and Cheese Muffins Recipe
12 1-oz slices deli-fresh, all-natural, turkey
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs, whisked
Baked Turkey and Egg Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place 1 turkey slice into each muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and cheese. Add in salt and pepper to your taste. Then, add a small amount of the egg mixture to each muffin tin.
Bake on middle rack of oven for 18-20 minutes, or until desired firmness of the egg.
