It's Thanksgiving week and I am looking forward to being with family and eating lots of delicious foods that I only eat once a year. Welcome! My favorite part of summer is celebrating Independence Day! I love the festivities of eating delicious food, swimming at the creek, being with family and ending the night with lots of color in the sky!
This year I have teamed up with some amazingly talented bloggers who are opening up there homes to share table setting ideas for this 4th of July. I have put together a simple table setting that I would love to share with you.
I wanted to keep a simple traditional theme of Red, White and Blue on the table this year and I also wanted to work with items that I already had around the home.
I started with my centerpiece that I made and shared a tutorial for and then I added a few small crocks with some plants.
I collect white ironstone dishes and they are perfect to use in table settings because they always coordinate with everything. The striped napkins are made from fabric that I had in my stash from Hobby Lobby. Mason jars serve as casual glassware and are our choice of drinking glasses around here.
Wishing you all a safe and happy 4th of July!
