Thanksgiving Table Setting

It's Thanksgiving week and I am looking forward to being with family and eating lots of delicious foods that I only eat once a year. We will be traveling to Arkansas this year to enjoy a big feast with my mothers side of the family. However, I decided to put together a really simple Thanksgiving table setting with just a few easy to find accessories.

This is a beautiful and very easy Thanksgiving table setting idea. Easy and simple with just some items from nature, candlesticks and nuts.

We have a tree in our backyard that is just full of vibrant colored leaves at this time of year. I went out and clipped a few branches to use as the centerpiece and then placed them in an old crock. I love the pop of color in our otherwise neutral home.

I placed a few candle holders and some bowls of nuts next to the crock full of leaves. My children love cracking the nuts open and eating them and it's something they enjoy doing during the holiday.

I then added some pretty leaves tied with jute to the top of the napkins and placed them on top of the plates.
