Healthy Granola Recipe with Pumpkin Spice
We try to eat healthy in our home, and one of the simplest ways to do that is to learn how to make the foods we love most from scratch.
While making from scratch may take a bit longer, I know that what I am serving my family is nutritious.
Most store-bought granola is loaded with preservatives and sugar. Even the “healthy” granola can be made with canola oil or soy, both of which we try to avoid.
This recipe is easy to make, made with whole food ingredients, and great for breakfast or a quick snack.
Easy Fall Granola Recipe
This healthy homemade crunchy pumpkin spice granola recipe starts with simple ingredients. Whole grain oats, pumpkin spice, melted butter, vanilla, and then sweetened with raw honey.
The process is simple. Measure, pour, mix and bake.
I combine all of the ingredients in my stoneware baking pan. This gives me enough room to stir the granola without having to dirty up any extra dishes. And, of course, when living without a dishwasher, the fewer dishes, the better, right?
