Homemade Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
Making homemade pumpkin chocolate chip granola bars is so simple and delicious. During the fall months, I love to add in as much pumpkin as possible to my recipes.
Making pumpkin chocolate chip granola bars is as simple as mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Then, baking them for 20 minutes and allowing them to cool before cutting them into bars. They never last for more than just a few days in our home.
What Toppings Can I Add in Granola
You can add in a variety of nuts and even dried fruit. Be creative! I chose to keep it very simple as that is what best suits the majority of our household. Here are some options.
- Raisins
- Walnuts
- Almonds
- Coconut
- Chia Seeds
- Flax Seeds
Homemade Granola Bars With No Sugar
A lot of granola bars are filled with sugar and artificial ingredients. For this recipe I chose to use honey from my own bees. Another healthy option would be to use pure maple syrup.
Both are delicious and a much healthier option than refined sugars. Making your own granola bars is healthier when made with real food ingredients.

So pretty, Sarah… your photos are very calming. Where did you purchase your white mixing bowls and the white crocks holding your woodenware? It all comes together so nicely. Happy Thanksgiving!
